Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a Family Practice setting. You will greet patients, support clinicians, perform basic procedures, and assist with lab tests and medication requests. The role is full-time with standard clinic hours and potential travel to nearby clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences courses.
• Active CMA/MA certification from AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA required for relevant specialties.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 2 years of prior medical office experience or MA/CNA/EMT background.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs, and health history collection.
• Assist physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, dressing changes and first aid procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Handle prescription requests, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, and chart updates.
• Conduct onsite lab tests including EKG, PFT, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and deliver excellent customer service per CARE values.
• Occasional travel to support other local clinics.
