An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their dedicated team in Philadelphia. Family Medicine Physician - Philadelphia, PA (New Grads are Accepted!)
Job Type: Full time (on-site)
Shifts: Days (M-F) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call Requirements: Approximately every 8 weeks on Sundays.

Job Summary:
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages and genders. They diagnose, treat, and help prevent various illnesses and conditions while promoting overall health and wellness.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review patients' medical records, including allergies, medications, and immunization status.
Obtain and document patients' medical histories.
Perform physical examinations and assess symptoms.
Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various medical conditions.
Prescribe and administer medications while advising on possible side effects.
Provide gynecological screenings and basic gynecological care.
Administer vaccinations to prevent communicable diseases.
Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, diet, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Rotate after-hours telephone coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Supervise and consult with nurses and medical assistants as needed.
Experience, Certifications & Licenses:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience needed.
Proficiency in geriatric, adult, women's health, and pediatric medicine
Current Pennsylvania medical license, DEA Certificate, CME & Board Certification.
BLS & Valid driver's license.
Bonus Structure: Up to $2,000 per month for meeting quality measures and encounter targets.
