Job Details

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Manage 10-12 patients per day
• The clinic will eventually have 2-3 providers
• Utilizes Eclinical Works EMR
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with shared call
• Patient age group: 16+
• Position opening at the beginning of 2025
• Experience in population health management and caring for psychosocially and medically complex patients is strongly preferred
• Services include Concierge VIP care, in-house lab, x-ray, IV infusion, ambulatory care, ICU, and pharmacy
