Join Our Team as a Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician at Optigy Group

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician to join our innovative healthcare team at Optigy Group. This is a primary care outpatient role based in Milwaukee, WI, with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Position Details

• Compensation: Starting at $260,000 base salary, with potential total earnings up to $312,000 plus full benefits
• Bonus potential: Up to 20% of base salary, based on patient satisfaction, adherence to company values, HEDIS compliance, and reduction of hospital sick days
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 complex chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension
• Average Patients per Day: 10-12
• Panel Size: Up to 650 patients
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Start Date: May 2025
