Primary Care Physician - Metairie, LA

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k-$270k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

To achieve our vision, we seek the best primary care providers and clinical leaders who are seeking purpose and personal growth. Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role

1. Compensation: Base $250-$270k
2. Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner.
3. Partnership: No buy-in, typically within 12-18 months. 65% become partners after 1 year.
4. Patient Load: 18 patients per day
5. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
6. Work/Life Balance with administrative time included
7. Small patient panel: max 450 patients
8. No nights or weekends
9. 100% outpatient care
10. Support team includes MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
11. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
12. Focus on Value-Based Care
