Primary Care Physician - Kenner, LA

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k-$270k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role

• Compensation: Base $250-$270k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in; typically within 12-18 months; 65% become partners after 1 year
• Patient Load: 18 patients/day
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel: Max 450 patients
• Administrative Time Included
• No Nights or Weekends
• 100% Outpatient
• Support Team: MA, Scheduler, Referral Specialist
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
