Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a full-time Family Practice provider in Chehalis, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative health environment catering to underserved populations while treating pediatric to geriatric patients.

Compensation ranges from $136,000 to $151,000 depending on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) match. An active WA ARNP or PA-C license and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active WA ARNP or PA-C license.
• Active DEA is required for this role.
• Family Practice or FNP background is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience is preferred.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
