Radius Staffing Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its primary care team in Southern Washington near Carson. The role is full-time with a 4-day workweek and 32 patient-contact hours across two clinics.

Responsibilities include managing a patient panel, seeing walk-ins, conducting exams, and coordinating care with an experienced clinical team. Washington licensure and DEA are required, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Washington NP or PA license.
• DEA registration in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional NP or PA experience.
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or a related field.
• Comfortable managing both scheduled primary care and acute visits.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs.

A community-focused healthcare organization in Southern Washington, near Carson, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team.

This permanent position offers a 4-day workweek, 32 patient-contact hours, and the opportunity to build and manage your own panel of family medicine patients. You will also provide walk-in and acute care during designated clinic times while working alongside an experienced, collaborative clinical team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Epic EMR experience
• Interest in clinical leadership and organizational decision-making
• Community health or underserved-care experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $125,000 to $130,000 base salary
