This full-time, permanent position offers competitive compensation between $136,000 and $151,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and generous PTO. The ideal candidate will have a Washington ARNP license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team.
