Job summary

Columbia Basin Health Association seeks a Family Planning Coordinator to lead and coordinate Title X family planning services across CBHA clinics. You will work with the VP of Programs and care teams to ensure quality patient care, training, and compliant documentation.

Expect monthly site rounds and active outreach efforts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health care or related field, experience in training others, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in health care or related field; public health or health administration preferred.
• Experience in training and developing others.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement family planning program activities per Title X and CBHA guidelines.
• Coordinate reportable STI follow up with providers, patients, and health department.
• Purchase and order program supplies and education materials.
• Provide technical assistance and training to the medical care team.
• Oversee documentation to meet Title X guidelines.
• Complete project reporting for deliverables and outcomes.
• Maintain excellent patient service relationships and professional CBHA representation.
• Coordinate and participate in outreach events for family planning services.
• Promote WE CARE Standards of Behavior in the clinic.
• Uphold confidentiality of CBHA information at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
