Marathon Health is seeking a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care at its Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care centers. You will enjoy a smaller patient panel and extended visits (30–60 minutes) to enhance patient relationships, prevention, and care quality.

You will work within a collaborative team and focus on high-touch service while leveraging technology and PCP-led care models.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date; may require dispensing license per state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Collaborate with care team, including APPs, to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
