Role Description

The Family Physician will provide full-spectrum primary care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an on-site clinical setting located in Lebanon, TN. This full-time role includes performing patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Daily responsibilities also include preventive care visits, immunizations, annual physicals, and chronic disease management, as well as coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals. The physician will document encounters in the medical record, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Primary Care and Family Medicine, providing comprehensive care across the lifespan.
• Clinical proficiency in general Medicine and Urgent Care, including management of acute illnesses and minor emergencies.
• Experience or interest in Community Health, with a commitment to serving diverse populations.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care.
