Family Medical Associates & Pediatrics has been providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community of Lebanon, TN since 1975. Our team of highly qualified family medical doctors specialise in treating a wide range of conditions, with a focus on preventive care to help patients maintain their overall health and wellness. We also offer pediatric services for newborns to adolescents, with a commitment to ensuring their healthy development.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications
• Experience in primary care and family medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Tennessee
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Experience in pediatrics and family medicine is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate care to patients of all ages, with a strong commitment to maintaining their overall health and wellness.

This position provides for a base salary rate plus a percentage of your net profit at year end. Each provider is given a financial report monthly to track progress.

Work schedule is four days per week plus working rotating Saturdays (1 Saturday per month). Our clinic is open Saturdays from 8am - 12pm for established patient walk-ins.
