Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for outpatient practice in Compton, CA. This full-time, direct-hire position offers excellent compensation, predictable hours, and no hospital call, with a Monday–Friday schedule and two half-Saturdays per month.

The role emphasizes comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, with a supportive, collaborative team and opportunities to supervise NPs/PAs; California license and DEA required; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD or DO and CA license.
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in CA.
• Active California license and DEA registration.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testing.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Provide women’s health, family planning, prenatal and postnatal care.
• Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and collaborate with care teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and supervise NPs/PAs as applicable.

$285,000–$335,000 + Potential Sign-On Bonus

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Some late shifts: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM

Saturday: 7:0 AM–3:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Provide women’s health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal care
• Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with or supervise NPs/PAs as applicable

QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active California medical license and DEA registration
• Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan
• EHR experience and basic computer proficiency
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
