Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient opportunity in California. The role offers strong earning potential ($285K–$335K) and predictable weekday hours with a Saturday rotation.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan in a collaborative team environment, supported by strong administrative and clinical resources. New graduates welcome; CA license and DEA required, residency in FM/IM/Med-Peds preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California medical license and DEA registration.
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Experience in outpatient primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testing.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Provide women’s health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal care.
• Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and participate in quality improvement.

Receive one weekday off during weeks you work a Saturday

Admin day every other week – non-patient facing

Collaborative, team-based clinical environment

Strong administrative and clinical support

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• EHR experience and basic computer proficiency
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is a plus
