Clarvida is seeking a Family Peer Support Specialist in Maine to work with families in mental health services, using lived experience to support diagnoses, relationships, and transitions as part of a Behavioral Health Home team with supervision and a recovery-oriented approach.

This full-time role emphasizes flexibility, peer connection, and client-centered care, with supervision to support growth and client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• CIPSS certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within 9 months.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide peer-based support to families receiving mental health services.
• Share lived experience to promote hope and recovery.
• Support families in managing mental health diagnoses and service systems.
• Assist with navigating peer relationships and life transitions.
• Build supportive, professional peer relationships grounded in mutual respect.
• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Home team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
