Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Family Partner to support youth up to 22 and their families as they navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. The role blends office collaboration, community-based work, and remote documentation.

You will use lived experience to connect with youth and caregivers, coordinate with providers and schools, and promote informed decision making, healthy communication, and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Lived experience as a youth, parent, caregiver, or family member who has navigated services.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual candidates highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with youth and parent/caregiver, treatment providers, school, and other services to integrate peer support.
• Support youth to communicate effectively with family, friends, and natural supports.
• Develop leadership and informed decision making with parents/caregivers; provide psychoeducation on parenting and trauma.
