Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Family Office Tax Partner to lead growth and engagements for family enterprises, advising on tax matters and building strong client relationships. You will develop teams, deliver innovative tax solutions, and coordinate across the firm to meet complex needs.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding services, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring high-quality client service while upholding professional ethics and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of Tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader for complex client needs.
• Lead teams delivering tax services across entities, individuals, and estates.
• Manage multiple engagements and portfolios, monitoring status and economics.
• Identify technical tax matters early and guide teams through issues.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and understand client goals.
