Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience at a professional services firm in accounting, audit, or tax roles.
  • CPA required; CFP, CFA, or MST a plus but not required.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing general ledger and consolidated reporting systems (e.g., Sage, Masttro, Addepar).

Responsibilities

  • Support management of third-party accountants in routine monthly close functions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and leadership team.
  • Consolidate and report on all family assets, performance reporting, benchmarks, and online reporting system.
  • Monitor cash flows, liquidity needs, and short-term funding requirements; oversee day-to-day cash management across clients’ accounts.
  • Coordinate wire transfers, bill pay, and budget/expense tracking for clients.
  • Identify and optimize cash positions in client accounts.
  • Provide support for philanthropic initiatives and oversee disbursement of funds for charitable foundations.
  • Assist with coordination and oversight of third-party service providers.
  • Work with financial institutions to obtain lending facilities such as credit lines and mortgages.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation: Salary: $100,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
