Kennison & Associates, a private family office on the North Shore, seeks a meticulous finance professional to handle hands-on accounting, investment tracking, and high-level operational support.

You will coordinate domestic and international residences, manage art and automobile collections, oversee banking activities, wires, ACHs, insurance, and reconciliations, reporting to the Financial Controller and COO. 3–4 days in office, salary up to $120K.

An exceptional opportunity to join a private family office on the North Shore with complex financial and personal affairs. This unique role combines hands-on accounting, investment tracking, and high-level operational support working closely with the Financial Controller and COO.

You'll oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, from coordinating multiple domestic and international residences and managing extensive art and automobile collections to handling banking activities, wires, ACH payments, insurance matters, investment tracking, and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years' experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families, exceptional attention to detail, financial acumen, and the discretion and judgment required to manage sensitive matters with the utmost care.
