Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management and investment tracking across multiple entities
• Process capital calls and distributions and support investment-performance reporting
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel and other external providers
• Support the onboarding of new investments, including entity formation, banking and operational setup
• Assist with tax, estate-planning, real estate, insurance and philanthropic matters
• Lead process‑improvement, systems‑integration and automation initiatives
• Support compliance matters and other special projects

Compensation

• $150,000-$300,000 total compensation, based on experience
