Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner for its Burley, Idaho Health Center. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive patient care to Dot Foods employees and dependents, with a strong emphasis on preventive services and care coordination.

The position offers daytime hours (32 or 40 hours), no weekends, no on-call, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, CME reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Active NP licensure and state RN license
• National certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Master’s in Nursing required
• Prescriptive authority where applicable (DEA/controlled substances)
• BLS/ACLS as required by contract scope
• 3+ years of NP clinical ambulatory/occupational health experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests
• Develops patient care plans and records progress
• Administers injections, suturing, wound care
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Collaborates with physicians for comprehensive care
• Prescribes medications and therapies
• Maintains accurate health records and documentation
