Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure and board certification by ANCC or AANP is necessary.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess the health status of ambulatory patients 18 months and older.
• Provide patients with health education and referrals as needed.
• Work in an autonomous environment with support from a Medical Assistant.
• Benefit from clinical leadership including a supervising Physician.
