Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program within the last 18 months.
• Unrestricted RN license.
• Ability to provide credentialing documentation at least 8 weeks prior to start date.
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC), DC APRN license, DEA, CDS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and healthcare teams.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
