Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care in a clinic setting in Clayton, MO. The role spans 3-4 days per week with coverage of every other weekend.

Responsibilities include assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, prescribing medications, preventive care, women’s health, chronic disease management, and EPIC documentation. Full-time benefits and 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• FNP license and 1+ year of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic issues, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, screenings and routine exams
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing; refer to OB/GYN as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and prevention
• Document all encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory/compliance standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
