One Medical, a leading primary care provider, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role at the Dana Park office in Arizona. The position involves managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, with mentorship from an onsite clinical Preceptor.

You may treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits. Requirements include completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and an active AZ license or

Formación

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Licensure in AZ or licensure submission with license by Feb 1, 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits with support from an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits
• Participation in weekly Didactics, Clinical Rounds, and other training modalities
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams to ensure high-quality care
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
