A-Line Staffing is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in San Antonio, TX. The role entails 32-40 hours per week (3–4 days) with every-other-weekend coverage, and business hours spanning 8:30am–7:30pm on weekdays with Saturday and Sunday shifts as listed.

Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including a 401(k) match. This position focuses on comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients 18 months and older in a primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Requires FNP license and 1+ year experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, or internal medicine.
• Must be able to cover every other weekend.
• State licensure compliant with clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose acute/chronic conditions, develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order relevant tests.
• Deliver preventive care including vaccinations and screenings.
• Document encounters in the EMR (EPIC) for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
