Job summary

Centurion Office Services LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient clinic in Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of primary care or family practice experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating acute and chronic conditions, performing exams, ordering tests, prescribing medications, maintaining EMR documentation, and collaborating with physicians

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Texas.
• National certification.
• DEA license (or eligible).
• At least 2 years of primary care or family practice experience.
