Grace Health in Battle Creek, MI, seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offers impactful patient care and opportunities for professional growth.

Eligible candidates will have a Master of Science in Nursing and an accredited nurse practitioner program, or have completed an accredited PA program and be NCCPA-certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• Must have an MS in Nursing and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and eligible for or certified by the NCCPA.
