NPACE, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Durham, NC, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care team. This full-time outpatient role offers 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of dedicated administrative time, with a schedule mainly Monday–Friday and rotating Saturday clinics.

You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacists, and care coordinators to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Current North Carolina NP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide 32 hours of direct patient care weekly in outpatient primary care.
• 8 hours of dedicated administrative/documentation time weekly.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, and care coordinators.
• Primarily Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday clinic coverage.
• Call coverage approximately 5-6 weeks per year.
• Provider schedules support a healthy work-life balance while ensuring patient access.
