Job summary

Alliance Recruiting Resources is assisting a federally qualified health center in Durham, North Carolina, to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care. The NP will provide direct patient care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a structured schedule that includes administrative time and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care; 32 hours of direct patient care.
• 8 hours of dedicated administrative/documentation time.
• Primarily Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday clinic coverage.
• Call coverage approximately 5–6 weeks per year.
• Collaborative, team-based care with physicians, APPs, BH professionals, pharmacists, and care coordinators

An established, nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Durham, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care team. For more than 50 years, we have provided comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to patients throughout Durham and surrounding communities, regardless of their ability to pay.

Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient primary care position
• 32 hours of direct patient care
• 8 hours of dedicated administrative/documentation time
• Primarily Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturday clinic coverage approximately 5-6 times per year
• Call coverage approximately 5-6 weeks per year
• Collaborative, team-based care model
