Job summary

Low T Center in Oklahoma is seeking mid-level providers (NP/PA/APRN/FNP) to support growth of hormone replacement and wellness services in a busy clinic. The role collaborates with a medical director to deliver patient care, follow proprietary protocols, and participate in training.

Applicants must hold an active Oklahoma NP or PA license, board certification, DEA and OBNDD licenses, and be available for two weeks of training plus required Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Current DEA license required.
• Current OBNDD license required.
• Must be able to train Monday–Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician medical director and Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and wellness services.
• Support expansion of clinical offerings and remotely managed care options.
• Follow proprietary treatment protocols to deliver patient care and manage conditions such as sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.

Low T Center, a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support the expansion of clinical offerings and the continued development of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment and utilizes proprietary treatment protocols to help transform patients’ lives.

Mid-Level Providers collaborate closely with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, including sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.

As part of our candidate screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified with credentialing during screening prior to interviews. Please be prepared to provide this information as part of our standard practice is to verify the license and NPI taxonomy is within our scope of practice and active.

Qualifications

• MUST have Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered)
• Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire
• Current DEA license
• Current OBNDD license
• Ability to train Monday–Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) during clinical hours

We offer two full weeks of paid training.

Availability Requirement

• Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month (for months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays per month)

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• (Closed daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch)
