Job summary

Low T Center is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented mid-level providers (NP/PA/ APRN, FNP) to support expansion of clinical offerings and remotely managed care options. You will work with a physician director and Center Director to coordinate care for hormone replacement and wellness services, including sleep apnea and weight management.

Ideal candidates hold an active Oklahoma NP/PA license, board certification, and DEA/OBNDD licenses, and can train for two weeks Monday–Friday; weekend

Qualifications

• Must have Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered).
• Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hire.
• Current DEA license.
• Current OBNDD license.
• Ability to train Monday–Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) during clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a physician medical director and Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
• Support expansion of clinical offerings and the development of remotely managed care options.
• Utilize proprietary protocols to assist in treating patients with hormone replacement, sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.
