Low T Center is expanding its clinical teams in North Carolina, seeking Mid-Level Providers (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join a fast-paced specialty focused on hormone replacement and targeted wellness. The role works with a physician medical director and Center Director to coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to our programs.

Candidates must hold an active North Carolina license, a current DEA license, and a Control Substance License, with availability for weekend shifts and a training

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license.
• Current Controlled Substances License.
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdays in a four-week month and 3 Saturdays in a five-week month (8 a.m.–12 p.m.).
• Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with the physician medical director and Center Director.
• Participate in credentialing and verification of licenses and NPI/taxonomy during screening.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).
As part of our candidate screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified with credentialing during screening prior to interviews. Please be prepared to provide this information as part of our standard practice is to verify the license and NPI taxonomy is within our scope of practice and active.

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST have Active North Carolina NPor PA license in good standing
  (undisciplined and unencumbered)
• Current DEA license
• Current Control Substance License
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdaysin a four-week month and 3 Saturdays in a five-week month(8 a.m.–12 p.m.),

• Available 1 day during the week

Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours
