Job summary

One Medical in San Diego, CA is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to provide primary care across ages, in-office, testing centers, and tele-health. You will join a collaborative team and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.

CA licensure by start date is required, with a base salary range of $137,600 to $164,600 per year. Relocation assistance may be available; opportunities to expand practice across states exist.

Qualifications

• Accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 5 years as Advanced Practitioner in last 5 years, with at least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year plus 1 year of fellowship/urgent care in outpatient primary care.
• CA state licensure by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for multi-state virtual primary care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date

Location

This is a full-time role based in San Diego, CA. This role is based out of our La Jolla Office.

Compensation

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $137,600 to $164,600 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
