The ideal candidate will have PMHNP certification, Arizona NP license and prescriptive authority, and DEA registration, with experience in addiction medicine or related fields.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active Arizona license and DEA.
• Experience in addiction medicine, detox or behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and via telehealth.

Responsabilités

• Conduct history and physical assessments for detox and stabilization.
• Provide medication management and MAT protocols as appropriate.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans with the clinical team.
• Perform follow-up visits and adjust medications as needed.
• Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support recovery.

We’re looking for an FNP or Dual Certified provider based in Arizona to join our clinical team full-time— to support our partnered facilities across the valley.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Dual-Certified provider to support patients at a detox and behavioral health treatment facility. This role combines on-site patient care, telehealth coverage, and on-call responsibilities to ensure consistent psychiatric support for individuals undergoing detox and stabilization.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a substance use disorder and mental health treatment environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and providing medication management and psychiatric evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct history & physical assessments for patients entering detox and stabilization programs

Provide medication management, including MAT protocols when appropriate

Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical and medical team

Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments

Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations

Provide on-call support as scheduled

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support patient recovery

Qualifications

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Active Arizona NP license and prescriptive authority

DEA registration required

Experience in addiction medicine, detox, or behavioral health preferred

Ability to work both in-person and via telehealth

Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
