Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Accredited NP program completed
• Arizona APRN license with F/Lifespan focus and full prescribing authority
• Board Certified as FNP (AANP or ANCC)
• BLS certification or able to obtain within 5 business days

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Document care in the EHR
• Collaborate with physicians and behavioral health providers
• Deliver a friendly professional patient experience
• Support clinic workflows and improve care delivery
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable state/federal requirements
