Valle del Sol is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care across the lifespan in a culturally sensitive setting. You’ll join a collaborative team, use diverse behavioral health integration, and participate in NHSC loan repayment programs with eligibility for up to 50,000.

Applicants must hold an Arizona APRN license, board certification, and be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona APRN license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner with Family/Individual Across the Lifespan focus and full prescribing authority.
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).
• 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (relevant prior medical/clinical experience considered).
• Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care.
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and Windows environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans within scope and full prescribing authority.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to support quality patient outcomes.
• Deliver excellent patient experience with a friendly, professional presence.
• Support clinic workflows and contribute ideas to improve care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and state/federal requirements.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. This role is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering culturally sensitive services in a friendly, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans within scope and full prescribing authority
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other clinical team members to support quality patient outcomes
• Deliver exceptional patient experience by consistently maintaining a friendly, professional, and public-facing presence
• Support clinic workflows and contribute ideas to improve care delivery, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable state/federal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (relevant prior medical/clinical experience considered)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted Arizona APRN license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with a Family/Individual Across the Lifespan focus and full prescribing authority
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
• Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care
• Consistently present a friendly, welcoming, and professional public-facing presence
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• BLS certified or ability to be trained within 5 business days of hire date
• Experience working in community health, integrated care, or with diverse/underserved populations preferred

• TB screening record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest X-ray upon hire (as applicable)
