Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of acute, chronic, preventive, and alternative healthcare services, including routine check‑ups, health‑risk assessments, immunizations, screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Provide comprehensive care for Direct Primary Care (DPC) patients, utilizing clinic resources and materials.
• Respond to patient calls, correspondence, and requests, including in‑office visits and telemedicine, in alignment with the 24/7 unlimited access principles of Direct Primary Care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a focus on prevention, longevity, and whole‑person care.
• Practice as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing care through direct treatment, consultation, collaboration, coordination, and referrals as appropriate.
• Utilize medical nutrition to promote health and prevent or manage conditions such as cancer, obesity, food allergies, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle optimization and weight‑management strategies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Prepare and attend to all reports, documentation, and correspondence necessary or appropriate in connection with patient care; all such records remain the property of Solstice Health.
• Protect the company’s value by maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information and clinic operations.
• Perform all additional duties reasonably necessary to maintain clinic operations and continually improve professional skills.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and healthcare team to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centric care.

Qualifications
