HCH is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in IV insertion, infusion therapy, and administering injections, with a focus on continuity of care and patient safety. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic setting, supporting clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; Texas FNP license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family or primary care preferred.
• Proficient in IV therapy, venipuncture, and injection administration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform IV insertions, manage infusions, and administer injections safely.
• Conduct physical exams, interpret labs, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
