Preferred candidates will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, national certification, and prior primary care experience. This is a unique opportunity to float between 15 different healthcare locations to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Pay rate: $68.00–$73.00 on W2

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and chronic condition management, as well as routine exams and lifestyle coaching.
• Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
• Float between 15 different locations based on needs.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Nursing (FNP)
• Current national board certification & state license
• Active BLS card
• 1+ year recent primary care experience (preferred)
