Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care to work in clinics across Marlton, Cherry Hill and surrounding NJ locations. Flexible part-time or full-time roles with 20–40 hours per week and occasional weekend shifts.

Compensation is $75.00–$78.00 per hour with full-time benefits including a 401(k) with company match. Hours vary by location and clinic needs; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• FNP license and active state licensure required.
• 1+ year experience in primary care, urgent care, ER or family medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including infections, UTIs, dermatology conditions.
• Deliver preventive care: vaccinations, screenings, physicals.
• Conduct women's health evaluations; refer to OB/GYN when needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases: hypertension, diabetes, asthma.
• Educate patients on disease management and meds.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care. Can do part time or full time Clinics to Float to: Marlton, Cherry Hill, Sewell, Mount Laurel, Mount Holly, Plainsboro, Lawrenceville depending on location.

Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, every other weekend requirement Business Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Compensation

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Requirements

FNP License 1 + years of experience of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine experience preferred INDKS
