The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice, national board certification, and an active FNP license, with DOT and BLS credentials; multi-state licensure is encouraged. Full‑time 35–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree inFamily Nurse Practitioner and board certification.
• Active FNP license and ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• One year NP experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to patients.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive counseling, and coordination of care.
• Engage patients in wellness, disease management and screenings.
• Handle clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up and payments.
• Support a safe care environment with routine exams and timely appointments.
