Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in a primary care setting.

• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose conditions and create management plans.
• Provide counseling for preventive care and educate on medications.

Skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of behavioral concepts

Training and experience in family practice

Education

NP certification from ANCC / AANP or PA certification from NCCPA

Valid Indiana State license and DEA licensure
