Qualifications
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner required or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted FNP license and board certification (AANP/ANCC)
- BLS certification and ability to pass respirator FIT test
- Ability to order/administer vaccines and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB testing, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and perform diagnostic testing
- Engage patients in wellness services and preventive screenings
- Support clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments
