ADVANCED ALLERGY AND ASTHMA CENTERS, THE OFFICES OF Matthew P Mardiney MD PC in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Lutherville and Bel Air. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment and help our patients manage allergies, asthma, and related conditions.

The role requires FNP certification, MD/ APRN licensure in Maryland, and strong clinical assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active Maryland RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain).
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Maryland.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings across all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological therapies.
• Provide patient education on prevention, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
