Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care in Frederick, MD. This on-site role requires strong patient assessment and management skills in a fast-paced clinic.

You will coordinate care with physicians and staff, perform routine exams, and handle administrative duties. A Master's in FNP, national certification, and MD APRN license are required, with BLS and willingness for multistate licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current state APRN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Verified high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
• Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, patient follow-up, and treatment management.
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patients to participate in their healthcare and wellbeing.
• Perform clinic administrative duties like opening/closing, inventory, and insurance verification.
