Qualifications

• Nursing experience, preferably in Primary Care
• Valid Tennessee State License
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to pass drug testing, background checks, and references

Responsibilities

• Perform initial screenings, patient history, exams, and preventive care within guidelines
• Update and verify patient records at each appointment
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess health needs
• Document findings and plan prognosis
• Review lab results, imaging, and emergency reports daily
• Coordinate follow-ups and treatment options
• Refer to specialists as needed
• Deliver quality care while meeting productivity metrics
• Provide patient education and counseling for ongoing care
• Coordinate with other health professionals on care plans
• Submit care plans for periodic review and evaluation
• Prescribe or recommend medications and therapies
• Treat acute illnesses and chronic diseases
• Collaborate on clinical operations improvements
• Supervise ancillary medical staff
