Elderberry Health, a physician-owned Rural Health Clinic in Ashland City, TN, seeks an NP or PA to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan in a supportive team setting.

You're joining a clinic with NHSC loan repayment (up to $75,000 tax-free), flexible scheduling, sign-on and retention bonuses, and a CME allowance. New grads are encouraged to apply, and you’ll work with physicians and care teams committed to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP (FNP, AGPCNP) or PA program.
• Tennessee license, or eligible by your start date.
• Primary care experience preferred — new grads considered.
• New graduates welcome — Rural Primary Care Fellowship available.

Responsibilities

• See patients of all ages for acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging, build treatment plans, and prescribe.
• Manage chronic disease and treat acute illness.
• Work closely with our physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and care team.
