• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a history and physical examination of all assigned patients.
• Manages all patients according to established standards and protocols.
• May order treatments, laboratory studies and x-rays as indicated.
• Call in medications within licensure scope when appropriate.
• Input and maintain patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Provide discharge instructions and verify patient understanding.
• Arrange follow up care or specialty referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality of care and services.
• Practice safety and report any equipment malfunctions or injuries.
